Main Features

The structure of the rod type is simple and convenient to be installed. The change of the magnetization direction of the measuring unit in the ferromagnetic material will cause the change of the lattice spacing of the medium, so that the length and volume of the ferromagnetic material will change, namely: magnetostriction phenomenon, also known as the Weedman effect, and its inverse effect is called the Villarreal effect. The magnetostrictive sensor is non-contact and will never wear out. It has the advantages of high resolution, high precision, high stability, high reliability, fast response time and long working life. Sensors do not need to be recalibrated or maintained regularly.

MTG Pull Rod Type magnetostrictive displacement sensor wiring definition:

MTG magnetostrictive displacement sensor connection mode:
Before wiring, please check whether the power supply meets the requirements of +24VDC, and the output power of the power supply must be greater than the total power consumption of the product. It is calculated according to each sensor ≤95mA in different ranges. If the power supply fails to meet the requirements, please replace the power supply to ensure that the sensor can work normally.
 
1. Direct outlet connection mode of waterproof connector:
The sensor has five contacts: positive power (brown), negative power (black), positive signal output (blue), negative signal
output (white), and shell ground (shielding line).

2. Aviation plug connection Mode:
The sensor has five contacts: positive power supply (brown), negative power supply (black), positive signal output (blue),
negative signal output (white), housing ground (shielding line)

3. Connection mode of Hersman plug:
The sensor has four contacts: positive power supply (brown), positive signal output (blue), negative power supply (black and white) E, shell ground (shielding line)
 
 
Digital signal output connection mode of MTG magnetostrictive displacement sensor:
